Strengths:
Minimum of four clips is low, gives a lot of room to work with what is shot
Weaknesses:
8-14 is a big age group. A lot changes between those ages. High-end = expensive, limits the audience. No specific gender = wider audience to cater for.
Opportunities:
Because it's designer footwear, the opportunity to liaise with high-end retail. Brand can afford rights to license music, and could provide an opportunity to liaise with a large record label.
Threats:
Crowded market, lots of competition. Working with young actors in an urban environment is dangerous due to things like traffic.
